Bad Habits That Cause Hair Loss

You know that some bad habits can cause excessive hair loss? Here are some bad habits that are known to cause hair loss in many people. 

1. Eating Too Much processed food 

Food lose important nutrients and vitamins when processed. Furthermore, processed foods may contain additives and preservatives that can cause allergic reactions that cause hair loss. The simple solution to avoid this is to increase your intake of raw foods like fruits and salads and avoid processed foods as possible.

2. Eating too much of sweets and sugar 

Sugar is notorious for the reduction of nutrients and increased levels of adrenaline in the body when consumed in large quantities. The highest amount of adrenaline in the body causing the body to androgens, which may cause androgenic hair loss. If you do not eat that much sugar, think again. Estimated that the average American young adult consumes twenty teaspoons of sugar a day. Trim the excess sugar will not only prevent hair loss, but this is good for your health. 

3. Drinking Too Much Soft Drink

This, of course, from the above, because most soft drinks are loaded with sugar. Even the normal diet soft drinks contain the equivalent of 10 sugar cubes. Obviously, non-sugar diet contain much more than that. Cutting down on soft drinks can not only prevent hair loss is also good for your health. 

4. Eating too much saturated fat 

Foods that contain saturated fats, when eaten, result in high levels of DHT body. This may reduce the effectiveness of a prescription hair loss treatments. Avoiding foods with saturated fats are also good for your health. 

5. Eating too much salt 

Eating much table salt is not only bad for your health, but that can increase hair loss. If necessary supplement of iodine then you can take the salt water fish, not iodized salt.
