Fat Burning - 6 Highly Effective Methods

The methods I will share in this article are not only effective, but, also natural. There are many ways to burn fat, but many are against nature and may be harmful side effects. I thought that if you can make healthy, of course, why some synthetic way to burn fat that could be harmful? Are you ready to shed some fat?


1) First, you need to eat 5 to 6 small meals per day. These meals must have nutritious and low in carbohydrates. I suggest eating a meal consisting of a fist-sized portion of protein and the size of a fist portion of carbohydrates. I would opt for fresh fruit and vegetables on the bread for your intake of carbohydrates. If you decide to eat bread, make sure to eat whole wheat. The 5-6 eating small meals per day will increase your metabolism.


2) Make cardio training a part of your routine. You can walk, run, run or speed. For fun, but play a sport like basketball your cardiovascular training. I recommend at least 20 minutes of cardio 3 -4 times a week.


3) Stay away from fatty foods such as candy, chocolate, sugar, cereals high in almost all foods in fast food, and most red meat. You do not deprive yourself of these things. Just eat these items for special treatment once or twice a week. You'll be surprised how your taste buds will change. Your body will start to demand healthy food more over junk food.


4) Try to do cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast. After waking up, your body has burned all the carbohydrates stored in your body. It is now off to fat burning. If your cardio in the middle of the day after eating meals, you should at least 20 minutes of cardio just started to burn fat through your store.

5) Eat fat burning foods such as cabbage, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, peppers, chillies, soybeans, sweet potatoes, beets, apples, blueberries and watermelon. The Pectin in Apple limit your fat cells to absorb, and also stimulates your body to absorb water and food. This frees the deposition of body fat.

6) Do you like tea? Drinking green tea. It helps burn fat. Now, if you do not like the taste of green tea if you want to enjoy the benefits of green tea without drinking, you can always buy the green tea extract.
